HR 9495 would give the Treasury Secretary the power to label nonprofit organizations as “terrorist-affiliated” without due process. This is a direct threat to the charities, advocacy groups, and nonprofits that fight for justice, equality, and environmental protection. There is wide discretion in what organizations would meet the criteria, and limited time to appeal a decision.

Please call your member of Congress right now and urge them to vote no on HR 9495. It only takes a few minutes, and it’s our best opportunity to stop this misguided bill.
